I was at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants recently and I went to the men’s room and there was a big, dead cockroach on the floor! Would a roach in the bathroom imply that the whole place is probably crawling with vermin? I’ve eaten there many times and have never gotten sick, so should I just write this off as an isolated lapse in hygiene?
