Is it this culture that makes me fat? I don't know but I can tell you one thing -- I am sick and tired of being one beeg fatty. Okay -- get it, I'm not really that fat, I mean I'm heavy. You wouldn't hesitate to describe me as fat but there's worse that I could be easily and the thing is, that's where I'm heading if I don't start to get careful.
The thing is I just have no idea what to do. I'm not gonna go to fucking Jenny Craig. I've lost weight before and have tried things but it takes so much concentration. Last time I lost weight I lost about 40 pounds in around two months and kept it off for about four or five more months until I let go of my program eating. Over then next 20 or so months I've just ballooned back up and now I'm even heavier than I was before I started losing the 40 that I just mentioned.
