I was a student at the Job Corps and trained in the kitchen. Part of our training was to prepare the meals for the hundreds of students there. I remember one guy in particular that would call me over when no one else was around and demonstrate various gross things he would do to the food before being served to the students. One time he had finished cracking several hundred eggs into a giant pot and he stuck his hairy arm in it up to his elbow several times letting the eggs run down his arm as he did a scooping motion over and over again. I dared not snitch on him as he knew I was the only one who saw him do these things and he was notorious for getting peoples' asses kicked but I made sure I didn't have eggs that morning! As for other things he did; well, just use your imagination! He did 'em all! If he was working the kitchen when I wasn't I wouldn't eat at all!
