The "ohhhh Okay" part in your posting says that you do not believe him. I would work on finding out if you trust him before worrying about if you are in love with him. Men sometimes do not call, its a fact you can either deal with or try and work on with him. But whatever you do, do NOT move too fast. He has already made you aware he may not be trustworthy. If you get involved too much too soon, you will get hurt, I promise you that.
